Chris is the Managing Director and founder of the Company. He attended Beverley Grammar School before leaving at age 18 with 3 A-Levels. He then attended University of Hull and gained 2:1 BA Honours degree in Business Studies. Chris showed a keen interest in property from an early age and secured a buy to let mortgage and purchased his first property at age 19, this gave him the hunger to progress further down this route and following graduation JKT was born. He has worked hard to grow the business organically and has built lasting relationships with many clients over the last 14 years. He specialises in providing guidance on all aspects relating to Residential Letting and Property Management, giving strategic advice with regards to the entry to and exit from the property market. He enjoys assisting Clients with the expansion of their portfolios and finding a solution to suit clients individual requirements. He also enjoys providing general guidance and support to all staff at JKT. Outside of work, Chris loves spending time with his wife Laura and daughters Lucy & Annie and plays golf as regularly as possible!!!
