Maintenance Manager and Director

Glenn has been involved with the business from its inception 2002, but became full-time around 2005. He is an indispensable member of our team and his role involves managing maintenance issues across the portfolio of managed properties, carrying out maintenance works and providing support to the Lettings team regarding maintenance related problems. Most of our tenants will be familiar with Glenn as he deals with all property check-ins and has a very good knowledge of properties and the common maintenance issues that can arise during tenancies. The girls in the office rely on Glenn 100% and you will often see him flying around in the JKT van sorting problems and ensuring tenants are ok and satisfied. Glenn keeps the cogs turning and ensures that we can manage the portfolio and keep costs down for Landlords. Outside of work, Glenn is a born again biker, you will probably see him recapturing his youth on his Honda Fireblade!!
