I have lived in a property serviced by JKT for just over a year now and have found them to be prompt and professional with any inquiries I have had. I have on 2 occasions had to contact them regarding maintenance to the property and in both cases they have been dealt with very quickly where possible but I have also been kept informed if there were to be any delays. On the occasions I have had to contact the office I have always been dealt with professionally The staff are very polite, friendly and obliging. They are and I hope will remain an exceptional property letting agency and I would recommend that if you are looking to rent a property then JKT are the ones you should be getting in touch with for exceptional service.
