I have been a tenant with JKT for many years and find their service exceptional. All the staff are professional, friendly, and very approachable with any queries that I have had regarding my tenancy. Any maintenance issues I have had over the years (which have been minimal) have always been noted, dealt with and resolved efficiently. I wouldn’t want to deal with any other letting agent!
