We contacted JKT Property Managagement about 2 years ago on recommendation from a friend. We had been with another well known Letting Agent and had been extremely disappointed with their service. From our very first meeting with Chris we were very impressed and since using them have not changed our minds. The girls in the office are extremely friendly and helpful, as is Glen who tends to the jobs that need doing. When buying a second property to rent out Chris went out of his way to give us advice. The tenants he found for both our rented properties are perfect. The fees are extremely reasonable for the service we receive. In all we would highly recommend JKT to anybody thinking about taking out Property Management.
